What FastHands charges

Last updated: July 2026

FastHands has not launched yet. This describes how it works at launch, so you know what you are signing up for. Join the waitlist to be first when we go live in LA.

A fee of at most 15% of the job total, charged only when the job is complete and you have been paid. That is the entire pricing model.

What you are not charged

  • Nothing to send a quote.
  • Nothing per lead.
  • No monthly fee, no subscription, no tier to buy.
  • Nothing for a job that falls through, gets cancelled, or never starts.
  • Nothing to join, and nothing to stay.

Why it works this way

Because a platform that charges for leads makes money whether or not you do. That is not a moral point, it is a structural one: if we get paid for introductions, our incentive is volume of introductions. If we only get paid when work completes, our incentive is sending you work that actually completes. We would rather be on that side of the table.

How it comes out

The fee is deducted when escrow releases, not billed to you separately. On a completed job, you receive the agreed price minus the fee — you never write us a check. See when and how you get paid.

Founding contractors

We are onboarding founding contractors in LA now, and the founding offer is on the for contractors page. If you joined on that offer, it applies as stated — that is a commitment, not a banner.
